Men’s Ministry

Men’s Ministry Mission: “Striving to facilitate the growth of men into mature Godly men of integrity, intimacy, identity and influence.”

There are at least two opportunities a week for men to get together for study and/or fellowship.

Please join us as we become the tip of the spear in the battle for our families and church.

As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another. —Proverbs 27:17 (NIV)

Women’s Ministry

Women’s Ministry Mission: “Focusing on building Godly relationships.”

Special women’s events are scheduled each month.

And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the day approaching. —Hebrews 10:24-25 (NIV)

Senior’s Ministry

Our Senior Adult ministry is for anyone ages 50 and over who enjoy interacting with other seniors through various activities. We enjoy the fellowship of one another through day trips, dinners and small gatherings, just to name a few. Fellowship is important for all God’s people and He desires us to have fun and spend time together.

Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. —2 Corinthians 4:16-17 (NIV)

Children’s Ministry

We offer a range of services for our Children’s Ministry at Winchester 1st Church of the Nazarene including:

  • Nursery Services for children up to age two. This service is provided during Church Services.
  • Children’s Sunday School every week at 9:30 AM for children up to 5th Grade.
  • Children’s Church every week starting just after Praise and Worship for children up to 5th Grade.
Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.” —Matthew 19:14 (NIV)

Teen Ministry

W1N Youth
Youth Ministry Mission: “The W1N Youth ministry exists to Prepare our youth for a life in Christ outside of our church that Honors God with their lives by helping them Discover their God given gifts and how to use them, to Connect them with other Christian youth and Train them how to Reach nonbelieving youth in their community.”

Grades 6th – 12th

Join us at the Youth House:

Sunday 09:30 – 10:30am:

We use this time to dive deeper into Gods word and discuss how we can live a life that Honors God. We use small groups to allow for a deeper connection between youth to youth and youth to leader. Our small groups challenge our youth to search their hearts and build a personal relationship with Christ.

Wednesday 06:30 – 08:00pm:

God has called us to live life in communities and every Wednesday night our youth have the chance to strengthen each other through a time of fellowship, games, and a biblical teaching. We know that the world is pressing in on our youth every day so each week we provide our youth with a safe space to grow in their relationships with other Christian youths and to encourage each other to live a life for Christ.

Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it. —Proverbs 22: 6

Follow our Celebrate Recovery page on Facebook for the latest information

No one has the ability, nor should they attempt to face their hurts on their own. Celebrate Recovery is a beautiful community of strugglers that courageously enter this safe and beautiful space to get honest about our pain, and the negative ways we may see ourselves, God and others. In this process we come to accept that some of the habits we may have developed to escape our pain has caused destruction in our life and those close to us.

Celebrate recovery is a biblically balanced approach to help bring sustainable recovery and healing to our hurts. It guides us toward new healthy truths and life-giving habits as we repair our broken relationships. Join more than 7 million hurting people across the globe who now walk in freedom through the power of Jesus Christ as we walk through the 8 principles of celebrate recovery based on the Beatitudes in Matthew 5.
